This page explains what personal data may be processed when you visit the Electronic Beira Sounds website, under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019.

What data we process

The site is informational, has no forms and uses no analytics or advertising cookies. There are only two cases where personal data may exist:

• Technical access logs, such as your IP address, kept by the hosting provider so the site can run and stay secure.
• Whatever you send us by email, which we use only to reply to you.

Ticket purchases happen elsewhere, on 2ticket. The data you enter there is processed by that platform under its own privacy policy.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to keep the site running securely and to reply to anyone who contacts us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site operational and in responding to you.

How long we keep it

We keep data only for as long as necessary for these purposes, or as required by law.

Who we share it with

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes the technical logs on our behalf. We do not sell or share data with anyone for marketing.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and request portability. Just write to darkwaves.org@gmail.com. If you feel something is wrong, you can also complain to the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt).
